You’ve started receiving bookings! Now what happens if you need to cancel, or reschedule a booking? How can you view all of your bookings in one place?

This feature is available on All plans.

Q1: How do I create a new appointment? Booking on behalf of your client.

A: Click the “Create Appointment” button.

Fill in the details (customer, staff, service, location, date, and duration).

Save the appointment.

That’s it! Your new booking is now recorded in the system.

Q2: Where can I view all my appointments? Search your bookings.

A: Go to the Appointment List to see every scheduled booking. The list shows:

Appointment ID

Date & Duration

Customer

Staff Assigned

Service Booked

Location

Payment Status & Source

Appointment Status

Rating (if given)

Action buttons (edit/delete)

This gives you a quick overview of all your appointments in one screen.

Q3: Can I edit an existing appointment? Reschedule and cancel a booking through ManyBookings.

A: Yes!

Find the appointment in the list.

Click “Edit” in the action column.

Update the details.

Save the changes.

Q4: How do I delete an appointment? Delete a booking from ManyBookings.

A: Go to the Appointment List.

Click “Delete” in the action column.

Confirm when prompted.

This helps you remove outdated or canceled bookings.
